Return & Refund Policy


1. Return Period


You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


Some items cannot be returned, including:


  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases


Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:


  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain personal care items


To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


3. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)


Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:


  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


4. Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.


If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds


If you have not yet received your refund:


  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is reflected.

6. Sale Items


Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


7. Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

8. Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.


If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


9. Return Shipping


To return your product, please send it to:


  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are returning an item valued at more than $75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
